Confused

Well, that's confusing. As the clan wasn't using the website I was notified by Ucoz that it had been shutdown. Even the links were deleted. To my surprise I received an email from Maz via. this site.

So... I will see what happens and try to add new content - Caliburnus 04/07/13

Clan Chat

I'm still trying to find the right software for an in-game chat system. I bought a TS3 server when I was in the last clan and when I wanted to cancel it (when the clan disbanded) I was given a hard time by Gamespeak. I can host a TS3 from my PC but it kills my bandwidth when playing CA. The search continues...
Teamspeak server

I've pretty much sorted out what we need for a private server. All you guys need is the TS3 client software from Teamspeak. Download the 32 or 64 bit version and the rest is easy. When the clan is a bit more settled I will rent one for our use.
Team Speak Server - Public

I have been getting to know how to host a public Team Speak server. I can play Combat Arms and have TS3 running on my pc as I have to host the server. Next stop is setting up channels and the inevitable permissions. Once the clan takes off, I will rent a private server. Still enjoying the challenge of learning all this technology!!
Moving onwards.

I've been on the Ucoz forums alot - they are a friendly helpful bunch. I've also been learning the basics of HTML. Not in an effort to reprogramme the website but more to gain an understanding of what can be altered and edited. I want the 'Pulse Gaming' box on the main page to be bigger and have a graphic behind it.

I think I have most of the permissions sorted out and thanks to Soulgir for running some simulations.

The Youtube channel is coming along nice and I'm trying to find a template so I can create a custom background - struggling though.

Stay tuned... I'm sure the stress will kick in soon!

Under construction!

Must admit at first glance I wondered how thick I was! - 'Easy to use interface' Ucoz says. I've been online for a few hours and it is getting easier for sure. I initially wiped out all blocks and forgot some of the passwords but hopefully I've got it nailed!

Looking forward to coming home from work tomorrow and getting stuck in again. It's well worth it so far.
